How to edit the Main Page

The Main Page (frontpage) has a new design, which is locked, in order to preserve the layout (it can be edited by administrators).

However, the most important and urgent announcements about help, as well as current news can be posted on the frontpage by using the following two templates:

• Template:CurrentHelpNeeded
• Template:CurrentHelpOffered
• Template:CurrentNews

Do / Do Not

• Do not copy/paste large chunks of text into templates.
• Select only the most important and urgent announcement.
• Edit the text; make it brief and clear.
• Add a dateline at the beggining of each announcement (day, hour, time zone) in order to know how current the announcement is.
