Are you a grass Roots 501c3 dog or Cat rescue who has time, space and a great vet but just need the Gas Motel and Vet money to go help some Katrina dogs.
If you are, and can drive this weekend and next week to pick up some animals, please give me the Name of your Rescue, a telephone # where I can reach you, a Vet reference.
We can help with vet bills, $100 per animal, Gas Money and One overnight Motel stay on the way down if needed.
You MUST have GREAT references we can check out fast...and agree NOT to take more animals than you can handle.
Agree to foster for 3 months and place picture of animal on the internet, for 3 months or more for the owner to re-claim.

Katrina Pets-NSAL in NY needs vets, supplies, volunteers, $Money North Shore Animal League America and their Emergency Response Team's main focus is to help alleviate overcrowding at animal shelters where hurricane victims are boarding their pets. Homeless pets at these shelters are being transported to the league to make room for animals belonging to those staying at nearby public evacuation centers.The success of their mission depends on your donations.
