I want to mention again a great org Operation Bring Animals Home http://www.operationbringanimalshome.com/. They took about 15 animals from Roicy last week and have stepped up this week for the poor Border Collie at Vermillion who will need surgery. Please help these guys pay their bills.

It is difficult to believe there has been zero interest in such beautiful, deserving animals as there are in Roicy this week.

There has been an incredible effort to make sure no adoptable animals die in Roicy for the past few months... a successful effort I might add!! The plans appear to be underway for a new shelter, so let's not give up now!! Please look at the available animals with me and see if anybody can help them.

Angel Dog 8. Oh, my gosh!! Look at this boy's face and eyes. He is just crying out "love me, love ME" He would make such a wonderful companion to any loving family. He needs more time to find them. Please, give him that time. He would only be in rescue a short time before somebody sees how super he is. He will be a bona fide angel someday, but right now he needs to live out his life on earth.. not ending it in a gas chamber. Do whatever you can to help him find his loving family. It will only take one look from the right people to fall in love with this one!!

Shy and Sweet 2. What a sweetie this little girl is. Look at the soft _expression on her face. It kills me to know that lovely dogs like this are being abandoned by the careless and uncaring owners who just can't seem to appreciate what they have. There are people out there who would love to have this precious girl if she just had a bit more time and exposure to find them. She has a flea collar on so perhaps the owners cared enough to give her heartworm preventative. Please let her live long enough to find people who will never again dump her.

Calm and Friendly 2. Look at the super write up on this girl. She is sweet and very intelligent. Look at her eyes. There is such depth there. This is no dummy and she is so sad she has been abandoned. I shed tears over this one. She just can't end her life in such a place as Roicy and in such a horrible way. These dogs are so intelligent, loyal and willing, it is so certain she would find a loving family if she only had more time. Please give it to her!!

I Want to Play 10. What a beautiful black lab. Obviously special because look at the writeup on him. He looks so gentle and wants nothing more than to have people who won't ever make him look for another home. He wants a family to love and exchange loyalty and love for loyalty and love. This boy would make the most wonderful companion, and like the others just needs more time to find his new family. Please let that family have the opportunity to find him!!

Cutie Pie 11. Okay.. has there ever been anything created cuter than this little boy? From thousands of miles away I want to pick him up and cuddle him. No interest in him? Are people blind? This boy is just adorable and should have no difficulty whatsoever in finding a home. A friend of mine adopted a little terrier from California and people up here went crazy over her. No rescue should have any difficulty at all in finding him a home. Please help him get out of Roicy and find that perfect family who just want to love him!!

Handsome Boy 11. This boy has very unusual markings and is really quite beautiful. He looks sweet and loving, and by the photo of him cupping his chin in somebody's hand, it is obvious he is friendly and trusting. How sad somebody else he trusted let him down. Help him find a loving family who will not ever let him down again. He just needs more time. Please help him!!

Dancing Girl 6. I love this girl. She is so soft and fluffy. She is gorgeous with a lovely sweet face. A kissable face!! Just imagine the personality on this lovely dancing girl. What a tribute to all dogs that they can be dumped and still love people!! Don't let the trust this girl has in people and the love she has to offer be stilled forever in Roicy. Help her find her loving home where her new owners will appreciate her value.

Sweet and Cuddly 7. The eyes on this sweet puppy says it all. This boy is why people continue in rescue. Innocence personified right there in front of us. A lovely, trusting puppy who knows nothing of the cruelty of this world. Please do not let him find out from Roicy. Help him find the loving home he deserves. I know people are crowded, but he wouldn't take up too much room!! He is so beautiful I know he would find a home very quickly. Who could ignore those eyes?

Hug Me, Please 3. Another wonderful, fluffy, gorgeous and innocent baby. She is so cute!! Look at that sweet face!! I would love to pick her up and cuddle her, and she would love it, too. This little girl needs to get out of Roicy and into a home who will love her in person, not from a long distance. She would be such a wonderful girl to share one's life with. Help her find her loving person who won't dump her ever again!!

Notice Me 12. This is a beautiful animal, but do you know what makes me so sad and angry? He has been dumped in Roicy by some uncaring owner, and he has been given a bed that is obviously too small for him. Doesn't anybody care about him? He deserves so much better. It is like he doesn't exist to care for, he has been treated so much as if he didn't count. I don't understand it. He is beautiful with his colouring and blue eye. His look pleads for love. Please. Let him count. He is a living, breathing animal who only wants to belong to somebody who will love him. I have tears in my eyes to see him trying to crawl on a bed that is postage stamp size in comparison to his size. Won't you help him get out of there and be appreciated for his true value? Help him have happiness in his life for once.

CATS. There are some beautiful cats in Roicy this week. Black Beauty, gorgeous girl. So Affectionate; Tobacca; Gentle Girl... all beautiful, young, and deserving of loving homes. Please look at them, read the writeups and do whatever you can to help them.
